Veranex, a global health tech provider, needed to establish a unified product design capability following a series of acquisitions. The marketing function also required revitalization to better support the growing portfolio of services.
Task
I was challenged to build a centralized product design team from scratch and restructure the marketing department. The objective was to increase operational efficiency, improve design quality across projects, and drive measurable business growth through better lead generation.
